✅ Eligibility

Age: Priority for 32–45 years; exceptions possible for outstanding candidates
Citizenship: Must represent their country of citizenship or residence (residing in the U.S. is ineligible)
Language Proficiency: Strong English skills required
Professional Commitment: Employer approval for a full-time six-week leave
Family Policy: Children not permitted; EF does not fund spousal travel
Other: No fellowship participation in the past two years; AI-assisted essays disallowed
