🌍 About the Program

The Resilient and Inclusive Cities Hub (RICH) is an initiative by the Global Disability Fund to support small-scale projects fostering disability-inclusive and resilient urban environments. RICH empowers organizations to develop policies, financing models, and service delivery methods that ensure urban accessibility and equity for persons with disabilities, addressing climate challenges and future urban needs.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Open to INGOs, CSOs, OPDs, Development Banks, UN Agencies, and academic institutions.
Applicants must have prior experience in disability inclusion and urban resilience.
Projects must include OPDs in the design and implementation phases.
Proposals should focus on scalability and replicability in urban settings.
Organizations must have experience managing funds from UN or similar donors.
