🌍 About the Fellowship
This fellowship supports grassroots leaders working in conservation across the Global South by providing practical leadership training and mentoring to enhance their capacity to protect biodiversity and improve community livelihoods. The program combines online learning with an immersive in-person exchange in Kenya to build skills, networks, and sustainable initiatives.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Proficient in English
- Stable internet access for online sessions
- Commitment to attend all fellowship activities including the in-person event
- Experience in grassroots conservation or community development
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to drive positive change
- Malaysian nationals eligible
