📝 How to Apply

  3. Download and complete the Pre-Application Form available at NCER CoE Application Page.
  4. Submit the completed form and supporting documents via email to ntic.secretariat@ncer.com.my.
  5. Upon approval, begin the project in collaboration with the CoE provider.
  6. After project completion, submit invoices and documentation for reimbursement within three months.

  • Agreement Period: Up to 15 months from approval date
