The KOICA Scholarship Program 2026 is a fully funded opportunity for public sector professionals from KOICA partner countries to pursue advanced degrees in South Korea. β Eligibility Criteria
- Citizen of a KOICA partner country.
- Employed in the public sector with at least:
- 2 years of work experience (Master's applicants).
- 3 years of work experience (Ph.D. applicants).
- Under 40 years of age as of February 1, 2025.
- Bachelor's degree for Master's applicants; Master's degree for Ph.D. applicants.
- Proficient in English; no IELTS required.
- Officially recommended by the applicant's government.
