- Accepted or enrolled full-time in a STEM program at an MPOWER partner institution in the U.S. or Canada
- Must hold a valid study permit, visa, or DACA status
- Non-U.S. citizens studying in the U.S. or non-Canadian citizens studying in Canada

- Grand Prize: USD 5,000
- First Runner-Up: USD 2,000
- Second Runner-Up: USD 1,000
- Funds applied directly to tuition or related expenses
