🌍 About the Programme
CELTIC‑NEXT is a EUREKA Cluster focused on fostering collaborative R&D in advanced communications and ICT. The Autumn Call 2025 supports bottom-up proposals for innovative technologies in 5G/6G, edge computing, AI-driven networking, and other emerging areas. Projects must be submitted by international consortia and have clear paths to commercialization.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Consortium of ≥2 legal entities from ≥2 EUREKA countries
- SMEs, corporates, research institutes, and universities eligible
- Only civilian-use, market-oriented R&D projects accepted
- Each country or partner ≤70% of total project budget
- Third-country participation (e.g. Malaysia) allowed if self-funded or supported by national programs

- Grants of €1M–€70M (co-funded by national agencies)
- Funding coverage up to 80% of eligible costs

📝 How to Apply
- Register on CELTIC Proposal Portal: cluster‑projects.eurestools.eu
- Join the Launch Event (online): 17 July 2025
- Attend the Brokerage Day in Aveiro, Portugal: 11 September 2025
- Submit proposal (CPP format) by: 24 October 2025
- Each partner submits a signed CLD within 2 weeks of submission
- If approved (labelled), sign a Project Cooperation Agreement (PCA)
- Contact your national funding body early to secure support
