ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund (AKCF) Call for Project Proposals 2026

Eligible proponents and implementing agencies include ASEAN-related intergovernmental organisations, government ministries and government-affiliated organisations, non-profit organisations, universities, public associations and foundations in ASEAN Member States. Eligible proponents from the Republic of Korea include government ministries, government-affiliated organisations, non-profit organisations, universities, public associations and foundations. Individuals and for-profit entities are not eligible. Proposals should generally engage across ASEAN Member States and the Republic of Korea unless an approved exception applies under the call guidance.

Project support via AKCF funding for approved proposals, with funding amount based on the approved project budget and scope under AKCF rules.

The ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund invites eligible organisations to submit project proposals that advance ASEAN-Korea cooperation and contribute to ASEAN community-building and regional integration. Proposals should focus on meaningful, scalable interventions rather than one-off events, and should be designed with strong implementation planning, measurable outputs, and visibility planning. Submissions are made as a complete proposal package in editable formats via the designated submission email within the application window.
