General Research Grants: Projects (Gerda Henkel Foundation)

The Gerda Henkel Foundation’s General Research Grants support research projects in the historical humanities. Funding can cover project related costs such as personnel, travel, materials and other eligible expenses, depending on the project. Projects are typically supported for between 1 and 24 months. The programme focuses on disciplines including archaeology, history of art, historical Islamic studies, history, history of science, prehistory and early history, and history of law.
