📘 About the ELI Grant
The Enabling Lives Initiative Grant Programme, funded by Tote Board and managed by SG Enable, supports inclusive solutions that improve the lives of persons with disabilities (PwDs) and their caregivers. In its second grant call, ELI 2025 emphasizes projects that advance employment, entrepreneurship, and economic inclusion.
✅ Who Can Apply?
- Social Service Agencies (SSAs)
- raiSE-registered social enterprises
- Institutes of Higher Learning and R&D organizations
- Private/commercial companies (must collaborate with an SSA or non-profit)
Note: Open only to Singapore-registered entities. Individuals are not eligible.
💰 Grant & Support Details
- Funding covers 50–90% of eligible project costs
- Minimum total project size: SGD 80,000
- Duration: 1–3 years
- Tiered funding based on need, innovation, and impact potential
