ARES International Training Scholarships support professionals from developing countries to pursue fully funded bachelor's, master's, and short continuing education programs in Belgium. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Citizen, resident, and worker in one of the 31 ARES partner countries (including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam)
- Holds a relevant bachelor’s or higher degree
- At least 2 years of professional experience in your home country
- Submit only one application for the 2026–2027 cycle
- Language proficiency in English or French, depending on course
