🌍 About the Opportunity
Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is calling for proposals from eligible organisations to operate the Kaki Bukit and Woodlands Recreation Centres. These centres serve as hubs for migrant worker well-being and community integration. The initiative seeks operators capable of managing innovative programming, ensuring governance, and preparing contingency plans.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Singapore-registered organisations or consortia (led by a Singapore-registered entity).
- Experience hosting ≥ 3 migrant-worker events since Jan 2020, each with ≥ 200 attendees.
- bizSAFE Level 1 certification or registration in progress.
- No debarment from public sector tenders.
🎯 Selection Criteria & Funding
MOM will evaluate proposals based on cost competitiveness, programming quality, visitor engagement, and governance. Selected operators will receive operational grants. Detailed funding amounts are available in the application documents.
