🌍 About the Program
The Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program is a transformational leadership development experience designed to enable emerging civil society leaders to harness the power of networks, relationships, and information for the public good. The program includes a U.S.-based practicum, participation in a leadership academy, and the implementation of a community engagement project upon return to the home country.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Aged 21–27 at the time of application
- Currently working on a community engagement initiative in their home country, either in a professional or volunteer capacity
- Able to begin the CEE Program in the United States in 2026
- Eligible to receive a U.S. J-1 Visa
- Committed to returning to their home country after completion of the program and implementing a community-based project
