- Malaysian citizen residing in Malaysia
- Received an offer for a one-year full-time postgraduate taught program at the University of Sheffield starting in Autumn 2025
- Self-funded and classified as an overseas student for tuition fee purposes
- Not a sponsored student
- Ineligible courses include distance learning, part-time courses, integrated PhD programs, and MArch Architecture
- Courses longer than one year in duration are ineligible
