✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of an MTCP-recipient developing country.
- Aged 45 years or younger at the time of application.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (Second Class Upper Honours).
- Meet English language proficiency requirements:
- IELTS score of 6.0 or higher
- TOEFL iBT score of 60 or above
- Proof of previous degree conducted in English
- Have secured admission to a Malaysian public university before applying.
