📝 How to Apply

- Download and complete the Pre-Application Form available at NCER CoE Application Page.
- Submit the completed form and supporting documents via email to ntic.secretariat@ncer.com.my.
- Upon approval, begin the project in collaboration with the CoE provider.
- After project completion, submit invoices and documentation for reimbursement within three months.
